Been brewing on and off since 1978
Assorted methods and equipment until 2020 when I got a grainfather 220v 30 qt system.
I ferment in pails and carboys, but changing to a ~10 gal SS conical fermenter. Mostly use heater wrap and a rainbird controller. I mostly brew in the cool weather - But, I’ve been using Kveik Voss yeast with success lately and no longer dread trying to keep my fermentations cool.
Own/operate Beverage Artisan Homebrew store since 2011. Dropped the webpage because I do not sell online.
