Been brewing on and off since 1978
I use assorted methods and equipment until 2020, when I got a Grainfather 220v 30 qt system.
I mostly ferment in pails and carboys, but I’m changing to a ~10 gal SS conical fermenter. I use heater wrap and a rainbird controller to keep the ferment warm because I mostly brew in the cool weather. Lately, I’ve been using Kveik Voss yeast with success and no longer dread trying to keep my fermentations away from warmth, so here I come - year round brewing.
