Just started brewing so I'm still very wet behind the ears. I started drinking craft beers, via Stone and Ballast Point, in San Diego almost 10 years ago and moved to Florida 4 years ago. Since moving here, it's getting harder and harder to find great beers with the hop profiles I enjoy so I want to create them myself.
