Have brewed for 22+ years now. Wife bought me a kit when we first were married and I have always enjoyed brewing quality beer for my friends and family.
Each year we brew around 40 gallons of beer during the summer months in preparation for our annual Oktoberfest. This year we are re-landscaping, so we are planning a cinqo de mayo party for .... you guessed it ... May 5, 2014.
Enjoy brewing everything. I have brewed German, American, English styles. I joined this site to take my brewing to the next level. Would like to experiment with some of my own recipes and enter some local brewing competitions.
