Yeast cloudiness cleared by stirring??

I would not do that- you don’t want to risk oxidation. With wine, since I use some sulfites, oxidation isn’t that big of a concern. It’s just one of those things that happens. You could try putting the fermenter somewhere cooler, so the yeast falls out better and faster, first.
