I'm new to this brewing lark....but boy i could get use to it... just got back from my hols to my 1st batch (been bottled for 3 weeks) its not bad at all, taste like real beer.... i'm not surprised (my wife is).... the world is my oyster...cheers

Nice job waiting 3 weeks for it to carb up! Many of us, including myself, can't resist opening a bottle after just 1 or 2 weeks.
