I'm working on a recipe for an 80-Acre Boulevard Brewery clone, and it goes like this...

My first question is: What in the world is an "American — Vienna Malt"? I can find Vienna malts made in Germany, France, etc, but none as listed as being "American". Would Briess constitute an American Vienna malt? I think it's made exclusively in America now, by the Briess Malting company, although it was started in Czechoslovakia.
Maybe I need a different brew supplier, since NorthernBrewer never seems to have whatever specialty malt or ingredient I need. They'll have a substitute for a lot of them, but there always seems to be one or two things that I need that they don't have...
