WL yeast as of late?

Anyone else been having issues with WL yeast? Been getting a lot of dud's, I circle back with a wyeast or imperial and it takes off.

I have experienced duds I would estimate 25% of the time with wl

Never used anything but Wyeast... Never even a single dud.

Last year I had two successive vials of WL California Ale yeast that failed. Strange, they weren't near an expiration. Only time that has happened to me. Had to resort to S-05 in a bind.
