Try Balanced or Pale/malty. It'll somewhat depend on your source water. If you're starting with R/O you could conceivably add salts for any profile you want. If you're starting with a local water source, you may find that additions get unwieldy to get to a certain profile. I'm of the opinion that less is better when it comes to water additions. Belgian Blonde is a pretty forgiving style. Since its flavor is somewhat yeast-driven with malt and hops being relatively balanced, you shouldn't have to stress too much about water profile.
