Thought I'd start a thread for non-bread, pizza, grilled/smoked foods.

So here's some homemade mushroom ravioli and cream sauce. Some shallots in the mushroom mix. Lots of thyme, and a little nutmeg in the sauce

You use some kind of ravioli maker or fold by hand? Wouldn't mind going my fresh pasta game. I do a homemade gnocchi but haven't made it in a few years. It's just so time intensive with the prep with the potatoes

Oh it was! Creamy and just shy of being too rich. Homemade bread to sop up extra sauce. Had quite a bit of leftover ravioli so will probably give that to the in laws.
I dont think I'll be buying much pasta from now on
Ravioli puttanesca it's one of my favorites.

I just rolled out a sheet like for lasagna, put a tsp or so of filling every inch or so slightly off center. Folded the sheet over and pinched things shut. And used a circle cutter to cut them out. Super simple

Could I book a table for two this coming Thursday at 7PM?
