What Style should i be looking at , if i want to make a good heavy malty sweet beer with nice thick creamy head, want to make one and let it bottle condition for months, have it on a cold winters night in front of the fire

Perhaps a brown ale. The flavor will be right, but not a thick foam head. That can be modified though.
