Sounds like Western Nevada. If ya don't like the weather, stick around for 10 minutes and it'll change. We've had a very mild Winter. Very little precipitation until March, but the lakes are full and the rivers and streams are nearing breach in a lot of places. In the high desert that means it's been a great Winter.

Snowing now again, just looked at the radar and its a front going across the whole US from middle to top, funny thing is its going to be 74 Thursday, this is crazy
