what chiller to use

I have a 50' stainless immersion chiller that works fine. I'd like a Hydra or something as those seem like magic but mine works. Takes about 20 minutes to cool down but I just stand there and agitate the wort with the chiller.
 
I am an all grain brewer for about 4 years now. only used a immersion chiller.
Do you think I need a plate chiller? what are the pluses and minuses?
I like my plate chiller. We transfer from the boil kettle to a bottling bucket using a strainer so there isn't any hop chunks. Then gravity from the bucket through the chiller into the fermentors. We have a thermometer on the outlet side and regulate to pitch temp with the cold water faucet.
