Kegged my Franconian lager and got a good amount of slurry for today’s Helles.

Clogged my disposal and had to replace it because I dumped too much thick trub from a 5 gallon batch. Lesson learned.

I dump mine into a 2 gallon bucket lined with 2 plastic grocery store bags that I have verified have no holes in it. In fact that is what I am doing right now.
