What are you doing with homebrew today?

Thanks
I was thinking of going to do the same on one of my future brews
And then it suddenly occurred to me that I can get the slices in my oxebar keg, but not out!
I don't think you need to put them in the keg
Most of the esters should be released when you "dry hop" at high krausen in the fermenter
I wasn't going to put them in the keg
Last minute decision

I agree...
I would like some feedback from you if you think adding slices at the boil gives a different taste compared to "dry hop" timing?

I did both, added at late boil for flavor then at high krausen for aroma and probably some flavor

will you use dried slices or live? I'm not sure it makes a difference
putting them in the keg is fine but would be nervous about bottling

I've only used fresh.
Peel dried or fresh.
Check out the oxebar kegs... Small opening, won't be able to get them out again :)
