Has any ever tried to add this concentrate for a stronger fruit flavor to specialty beer or sours?
 
No, but I've done canned raspberry puree. The concentrate will add flavor, no doubt. Do you know how concentrated the stuff is?
 
It says that the 1 gallon conc. makes 5 gallon wine. People suggest 2 for a 6 gallon batch for more flavor and body.
 
That would definitely give some fruit flavor. Be cautious with it, you can wind up with fruit wine instead of beer.
