Officially on vacation for 10 days. Time to be a fool.
Oops. I started that too early!!
Happy vacay! Good luck trying to avoid any beer swill on your travels!
Enjoy crunk and thanks for rubbing it in aye! Your off to the Carribean Islands eh? Is that the origins of Captain Morgan's spiced rum??
I'm gonna brew this when I return
What yeast? I might steal that.
I was thinking of making this a Keller beir and using wlp001 California ale test, but if I go lager I'll use my 2nd generation 34/70
I'm still undecided. I got all vacation to think about it while I recover from my hangovers lol
I would go lager with that grain bill
My thoughts exactly.
That's what I'm leaning towards, so I'll definately use the 34/70.
I third this 34/70 will reward you with a nice malty beer for your efforts .
Enjoy your hols!
We are off to Belgium on Sunday for a week by the sea, have done so for the past 20 years, I'm still finding new beers to sample
One bar we go to has about 300 local and world beers on their 'Beer Menu' and Belgian food is good too. I'll rest me liver when I get back
I have returned, after drinking enough beer to float the boat, it was great weather, great scenery, I visited the brewery on grand turk, and enjoyed a complimentary glass of lager.
Beautiful clear water
