    You can easily add as a custom fermentable , as long as you know the PPG and lovi rating it'll always be there for you and the number's will all add up

    Depending on how it's processed (malted, steamed, etc.), it should be just another base malt for calculation purposes. It's not readily available in the States so I don't know how I could use it. But hey, I'm exploring base malts so if I can get my hands on it, might give it a try. Does anyone know if it retains its husks during threshing; otherwise, lots of rice hulls....
