iOS Transfer Local Files from Legacy to New App

I just downloaded the new app and it’s great. However, I have a lot of recipes that don’t sync to the cloud because of custom ingredients and other oddities. So the new app only has like 75% of my recipes. For some reason it also doesn’t have any of my sessions for the last two years. Is there a way to merge local files from old app to new?

The only way to do it is to sync it to the cloud, and then back to the new app. Unfortunately, the odd ingredients won't allow the recipes to sync properly. You can remove the odd ingredients, and then sync, but I know it's a pain.
