Toppling Goliath yeast type

Hi Everyone.
I recently harvested yeast from some toppling goliath cans and used it in my last batch. It's one of my best brews yet! Does anyone know the strain of yeast they use?

They have a pretty large line up of beers, so without knowing which particular one you're referring to, it's hard to say. I think the easiest way to know for sure is to simply send them an email and ask. Then you get it straight from the source...or maybe not

Is it bottle conditioned? If so they may use a proprietary strain to ferment, filter, then condition with a different strain. As Thunderwagn said, call them. They may tell you, they may not but you can likely get very close with a commercial strain.

Thanks for the advice. The yeast was from e couple of pseudo sue cans (or king sue.. cant remember). I'll flick them an email as I'm in Australia.
