Top Grains / Hops in My Brewing Report

According to my brew report for the last year, 12 brews total. Here are the top ingredients:

GRAIN:
2-row - 66 pounds
Pilsner - 39 pounds

HOPS:
Hallertau - 7.1 oz (all home grown)
Chinook - 6 oz (all home grown)
Amarillo - 6 oz (wish I could grow at home, 10 years left on patent...)

Here's some from my report for all 15 brews I've done since starting at Brewer's Friend.

Top Grain:
Marris Otter Pale - 80.5 pounds
Pilsner - 7 pounds

Top Hops:
Citra - 8 oz (all one brew)
Goldings - 6 oz
Fuggles - 5.5 oz


It would appear I brew a lot of english style ales. :lol:
