Tilt Integration

I have a premium membership but when I click on the Fermentation tab and select the Red tilt, there is a message "Device notifications are not available in your plan. To enable device notifications, upgrade your plan." ? Since when is this not available for Premium memberships?

I don't see a customer support link either, so I don't know who to contact?

Tilt integration is available on premium, but notifications are part of the premium plus membership. I couldn't tell you when, or if that changed. I suspect it's been the case since the creation of premium plus and rollout for notifications back in October (ish) but @Yooper would likely have a better idea on that one.

Yep, notifications were never part of premium. Notifications started at the same time as the new memberships with more functionality than premium started.
