What type of thermometer do you brewers use, I have bought used and returned 3 digital ones with the cable probes so far (7 months) My kettles have old school ones but I like having the digital one in my mash tun (48 liter cooler).
anyone have a suggestion on a good reliable digital?

    A cheap one from Wal-Mart. I think it's a Q-tech model.
