If you have any sort of technical issues please note the device and operating system, browser, etc, then post the issue and Josh or I will get to it ASAP.

Installed an update on my I-phone app now it will not open. I have turned the phone off and on, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still will not open. What do I need to do??

inventory

Mac os 10.10.5
Some times when I go brew it several of the hops don't show in the list of ingredients and are not removed from inventory. It's been going on for quite some time but is getting worse. last time I had 4 hops in the receipe and only 1 hop was removed.

Hi Eric, I'm trying to figure this one out, but I'm a little stumped - could you verify that the hop names you enter on your recipe exactly match the ones in inventory? Just a guess, but would help to track it down.

Windows 10 - upgrade from Windows 7
Used BrewMate and now want to move to Brewers Friend

I have downloaded Brews Friend but it wont install.
I double click on the setup.exe to install, a box pops up to verify application details, then I get a pop up saying "Application cannot be started. Contact the vendor."

Has an OK and Details button, clicking OK closes it and it doesn't install at all.

I have tried to use the setup from different locations (Desktop, external HDD and I get the same error......what do I need to do?

Hello,

I just got the same error as ManawaBrew but with different detail. I get a pop up saying "Application cannot be started. Contact the vendor."
