LOL..yeah ...like Dad used to say....There 3 kinda people in the world...those that make things happen, those that watch what happens and those that are still trying to figure out what just happened! Man I miss that guy!

Has the membership in the third kind increased exponentially, or am I just getting more observant with age? Hoping it's the latter, but fearing it's the former.

1st of all, as you know, there are many ways to skin a cat.
I find that fermenting a simple sugar with DAP leaves you with a pretty nasty " neutral" tasting product.
Adding flavoring helps, but you're still dressing up a pig.
I go a different route and produce a really nice, 6% product without anything artificial.
My current Seltzer is black cherry.
