    I like turning on the exhaust fan, hearing the whirring sound as it spins up. Smelling the hops is always good.

    The scent the hops give off as they're just wetted by the hot wort....

    For me is when I am done cleaning my kettle. Since I am electric I have to clean the two copper elements thoroughly. Then sit back with a homebrew...
