I have a recipe that requires mineral additions to a source water to reach a Target water profile.
As a result I processed the changes through the Mash Chemistry Water Calculator plugging in the Source and then the Target water profiles. After tweaking the salts I ended up with a balanced profile to match the Target profile then selected Update Recipe and the salts were added to the Other Ingredients. So far So good.
The only problem is that when you subsequently view the recipe it says TARGET WATER PROFILE but actually displays the SOURCE WATER details and title.
Am I missing something here or is it just a typo on the form and it should say Source?
