Stout Recipe - First attempt

    This is my first attempt at a stout and just trying to figure out the recipe.

    Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks

    5 Gallons (4 Gallon boil with top up)
    OG 1.047

    5 lb Maris Otter 63.70%
    2 lb Flaked Barley 25.50%
    0.75 lb Roasted Barley 9.60%
    0.1 lb Chocolate 1.30%

    1 oz Kent Goldings 60 min
    1 oz Kent Goldings 20 min

    60min Mash @ 150F
    Sparge @ 168F
