Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I have a slight issue with a quality concern regarding spike Brewing equipment and was wondering if anyone had a phone number I could call.

I have a lot of spike equipment and this is my first concern. With a big brew day planned in 5 days...I really need to talk to them.

Update. Ryan from Spike Brewing called me personally to discuss the issue with the kettle. Holiday timing is tough in situations like this....I understand. His response was professional and apologetic. I could not have asked for a better response or commitment to customer service! About an hour after the call I received confirmation that a replacement ticket has been issued and he sounded positive that they could get it to me on Monday (today is Friday!). If the kettle arrives as stated...this could quite possibly be the best customer concern response I have ever received.

Spike has been and shall continue to be recommended by myself and many others I know in brewing circles
