So...what's going on here?

I seem capable of getting very clear beer, but I mostly don't put enough effort in to do it reliably. Leaving it in the keezer for a month while I'm drinking something else almost always does the trick regardless.
 
Gravity-time- temperature. I used to work with this guy who's common daily quotation was "ah it's all time it all time".
Maybe he was a brewero_O:).
 
HVM, thanks for posting this article, I saved it so I can go over it when I have some time.
I have changed the way I use PVPP, now I just boil water and add the PVPP to the boiling water and dump it into the 32F beer. It’s supposed to be in “aqueous suspension”, adding it to boil water seems to do the trick.

The beers are brilliantly clear in 1 to 2 weeks. Perfect for lagers.
