I'm back from the dead, I swear I was on my death bed for 2 weeks, BAD infection took over my throat and sinuses, closed everything down and didn't eat solid food for 7 days. got my fourth meal in me and finally and drank beer again, first drink was nasty from taste buds being wacko but needless to say, all is good and back to brewing.

yesterdays brew took twice as long, pretty much 7 hours, I guess my energy is the last to come back
