It's still going to be more IPA-like than you think. The BU:GU ratio of 1:0.68 puts you in the American Pale Ale range and that's a relatively hoppy beer.
"Balanced" is the orange stripe in the middle of this shamelessly stolen graph. Green is hoppier, red maltier. Your beer is squarely in the green - you could likely even call it a session IPA.
