Scaleing a resipe

I am about to start all grain brewing. One question as I do not want waste a lot of grain. can i scale down a 5 gal resipe to say 2/12 gal.

yes edit a recipe, if not yours copy then edit, on the recipe tools click scale

As stated above, but other things change and your boil off rate will stay the same or increase.
This will increase the hop utilization, so adjustments may be needed.
Also you may find that on a smaller batch size your efficiency may change too, most likely going up.
So yes, but no!

I do this all the time. I write my recipes as 5gal but scale them to 3 gal. Just watch the AA's on the hops. I usually have to adjust the hops manually.

You can as long as you don’t go over the 5 recipe limit in doing so.
