Pitched one pack into a three gallon batch at 63f with a 62f ambient temperature. 1.055 and saw action in the airlock 10 hours later.
Similar to 34/70, but different enough that I use it over 34/70 in more malty styles.That doesn’t surprise me at all. It’s been a while since I used that yeast, but it’s similar to 34/70. Let us know how it turned out, my guess it’s going to be a clean fermentation.
