Was drinking some Belgium Trappist blonde ale the other day at first it tasted a bit different to what I'm used to in an ale spicey and floral but as I sipped through it I sure was starting to enjoy these new found flavours definitely an interesting yeast!

Welcome,I have a 10 that's a perfect match ,side by side can't tell the difference.But I must warn you the sugars are hard to find in the US and a double batch cost about 250.
