Request for new grains - Viking malts

Can you please add the following malt to your Fermentables selection:
Viking - Pale Ale Malt, Crystal Malt (50, 100) Chocolate malt

If this is not possible, can you please tell me how to convert the information they have available to data usable in this site.

For example: Pale Ale Malt

Extract % dm. min 80%
Colour EBC 4-6 EBC
Kolbach index % min 44
Friability % min 85
