Is there any place here or other Wise that can suggest a recipe using the grain you have on hand? Would this be considered A i brewing.
Looking to build brews with left over stuff I have on hand.

I have 8 lbs 2row. 3 lbs Belgian pils. 1 lb crystal,12 oz white wheat and 1 lb golden light dme. Wyeast 1214 harvesting. I like Belgian triple would adding Belgian candy work to do this? Thanks

You might be a little light...
11# of base malt
.75 wheat and a little of that crystal - let’s call it .25 for the sake of even numbers. That’s 12 ; 13 with the DME
oh heck https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/edit/1555555

I did a copy/update of my triple from late ’24 using your ingredients, and I didn’t even touch the hops as I was just trying to get a read on the gravity. I left in my notes for comparison.

even at high efficiency, I get about 1.065 SG, needing about 1.075 for a style correct Tripel. Now, will it still be good? Yeah, probably . And honestly, my triple weighed in a portly 9.5% ABV. It needs to come in a glass with a safe word. It goes down easy, but will hit you like dropping anvil on your feet.

I say do it.

That's awesome. Thanks much. Did you add 2 pounds of candy sugar to the recipe with my ingredients?

Most Belgians have a very simple grain bill.
I wouldn't use crystal malt for a triple.
You can up your SG for a triple of blond with sugar (any type).
10 % is common, I've seen higher than that as well

Update I found Ai gpt. Very easy and good for ideas to. Worth looking into. Thanks for the advice guys
