Hi folks, I'm preparing to bottle condition my Schneider Weisse Tap 5 clone. According to their website it's '7g/l carbon dioxide'. Would someone be able to convert that into volumes please?

Thank you.

7g/L sugar maybe use the calculator on here to hit desired carbonation level for the beer your using.

Wheat beer is fairly effervescent so 2.5-3volumes is needed. Edit more as per below...

The temperature is the maximum temperature fermentation reached.

Good luck

Playing with the priming calculator, assuming the beer you want to bottle is 19 Liters of beer at ~20C, 7g/L of table sugar would get you ~2.6 volumes CO2.
I use English standard of measure: my usual batch size is 2.5 gallons, but generally I get 2.25 gallons into bottles from that batch. So 2.25 gallons at 60F (my current fermentation closet temp right now) has .99 volumes of CO2 dissolved in the beer already. In order to bottle at 2.6 volumes CO2, I need to get 1.9 ounces of table sugar into the beer. Here is a screenshot of the priming calculator using my measurements https://www.brewersfriend.com/beer-priming-calculator/
