Boil time: 60 mins
Batch size: 22.4l (40 UK pints)
Boil size: 11l

Est OG: 1.050
Final gravity: 1.012
ABV: 5.07%
IBU: 48.1
SRM: 16.02

Fermentables
3.18kg: Dark LME
500g: Amber DME

Hops
25g Fuggles Pellet, Boil, 60 mins
50g Target Pellet, Boil 60 mins
25g Fuggles Pellet, Boil 15 mins

Yeast
Gervin Ale (by Muntons) GV-12

Thoughts? And anything you'd change? I was considering steeping some grains, but then I wasn't sure which since I've never done it before.

maybe steep a bit of darker crystal malt or something else to give it a bit of toffee flavor.
