Problems with purchasing

I am unable to order ingredients for my recipes through the Brewers Friend website. Am I missing something? I've ordered recipe ingredients before without the premium subscription and have not had any problems. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

We've had some difficulties with that feature lately. We've had to turn it off temporarily. We hope to have it back up and running as soon as we can. I found that feature so convenient myself, and will be glad to see it return when it's ready.
