It has soon been one week in fermentation bin, can't wait to taste it!
 
Interesting notion.... I've kettle-soured with sourdough starter as my lacto source and it came out nicely.
 
A lot of people use the Good Belly Probiotic Shots for kettle souring.
 
I made bread from my leftover probiotic yeast :D
