Well the other day I was making a very hoppy ipa(11oz of leaf per 5gal) and decided to rinse the hops to remove some of the malty goodness b/c it absorbed quite a bit. thing was I put the gallon jug of sanitizing soln right next to the gallon of water i was using...sure enough I grabbed the sanitizing soln for one of the rinses. Think its still ok? I know yeast has a enzyme to break down H2O2 and the rest should be NaCO3 which shouldn't be a problem. But not sure if the company put anything else in the mix. FYI the yeast is quite vigorous and thriving.
