Well the other day I was making a very hoppy ipa(11oz of leaf per 5gal) and decided to rinse the hops to remove some of the malty goodness b/c it absorbed quite a bit. thing was I put the gallon jug of sanitizing soln right next to the gallon of water i was using...sure enough I grabbed the sanitizing soln for one of the rinses.
Think its still ok?
I know yeast has a enzyme to break down H2O2 and the rest should be NaCO3 which shouldn't be a problem. But not sure if the company put anything else in the mix.
FYI the yeast is quite vigorous and thriving.

Depending on the amount, I'd say it's OK.
You may have to re-name it "Pipe Cleaner" though.

Your not the only one dude, haha!

I went to lift my brew bucket the other day and forgot about the "vacuum" effect on the airlock and sucked the sterilizing solution in the airlock straight into the beer!

Oh well, a bit of vwp never killed anybody.........i hope!

Jacob. If you just rinsed the hops then you should be ok. If you dumped 1/2 gal in the wort then .....well Houston, You do have a problem.
