Bunch of bullshit. Plaato decided they are no longer gonna be in the homebrew business. So if you have the products, be prepared for them to quit working in a year or so. One thing that sucks about IOT, you don't own the internet interface and when they discontinue a product, it just quits working.

So it looks like i will have some 4 $100 boat anchors soon, nice

Rumors of people developing apps for them. But plaato won't release or make open source the code for it.

I get that. But offer a yearly sub. I would pay$5-10 a year easily. These things just work really well and the next competitor's product is 8x more
