They finally sell powdered peanut butter at the grocery store, anyone ever home brewed a beer like that?.... I really want the chocolate and to stand out, and the peanut butter more so. I'll probably dump in about 1/2 pound of lactate also.

I'd rather go bigger and have the flavor stand out..... five gallon batch. Secondary, or during the boil?

I judged a really good one a couple weekends ago - and the peanut butter was very subtle. I've had bad ones with a lot of peanut butter flavor. Can't advise on timing - anything out there from reliable sources on Google?

I did one with coco nibs and 2 jars of pb powder. Tasted great, added the flavors to secondary

Throw a pack of Reese's cups in at 10 minutes, guaranteed it will be top notch!

Head retention will be rather low, though. I have a better idea: At 10 minutes, eat the Reese's cups, shake the wrapper in the general direction of the kettle and call it good!

Let the kettle see the wrapper? Like showing a martini the vermouth bottle and calling it good?

Rather what I had in mind, kind of like a moment's silence for the Reese's cups.
