Hi. I'm testing out the recipe builder, and it doesn't seem to be right. I entered 11 lbs of 2-row and 1 lb of wheat malt, for a 5.5 gallon batch size, at 150 F mash temp and it's coming back with 1.027 OG and 2.57 abv. I'm thinking it should be at least double that. What's going on?
