I live in UK, originally from Lithuania.
Discovered a wonderful beer brew world just over a year ago. After 6 months of brewing different extracts, moving on steeping then mini mashes I felt I m ready for a next step. So moved to all grain, and few months later I built a little bigger brew system as felt like 23L batch brew isnt really time efficient.
Found brewers friend very helpfull and interesting site.
Making several types of beer, but mainly German style.
All recipes I m putting together myself, then trying to adjust if needed. Lots and lots to learn.
