Larry, for my one-gallon batches, I'm thinking of going no-sparge. Any way of selecting that in the recipe creator and having it re-do all the equations for me?

If you mean in the mash area, unfortunately no. You will need to adjust the mash schedule amounts on your own, but those amounts are really informational.

If you set the recipe's mash thickness high enough, it will effectively zero out the sparge water volume in the quick water requirements section. Really this sounds like a mini BIAB, so it may be better to set the recipe's brew method to BIAB.

I would create a new equipment profile for your 1 gallon batches. Then point the recipe to that profile under the More... dialog.
