Hi, I'm German, having lived in the US for the last 32 years. I'm home brewing for the last 8 years, using the all grain method. Currently I'm fermenting two beers, my RMMP (Rocky Mountain Moose Piss) Pale Ale, and Pito's Porter. For my next brew day I've scheduled a Dubbel, then a Tripel.
