Hope it turns out better than expected.
I did my last brew and it took of fast. It was the exact same recipe. I plan to do this morn often and clean stuff out next time.
I know I'm late to the party but I have done it many times too. I found after the third batch on the same yeast cake makes the trub buildup high and hard to rack off the beer as it it is higher then the output port of the speidel 30l fermenter. So In my humble opinion you should only do it once then harvest the yeast and start over.
