I am new to the Brewer's Friend forum and excited to join the community. I am just getting started with home brewing and would love some advice on how to use this platform effectively.

Any tips on where to begin? Are there any must-read guides, threads or tools you do recommend for beginners?
Looking forward to learning and brewing with you all.
Best regards by Moe

Welcome to Brewers Friend!
As far as help using the brewing software on this site, others will help you with that (I use other software).
Ask lots of questions, we are all happy to help. Sometimes though there as many answers as there are Brewers!

Look here lots of helpful information.

Any chance you could sit in on a(nother) local brewer’s brew day? You can learn a lot that way, especially if you’ve done some reading and watching.
@Craigerrr has pointed you in the right direction.

We all started where you are right now, so we’re happy to help. How about this;
What are you looking to brew or create?
what’s your opening budget?

Buy the John Palmer Book How to Brew. Great, great book for a beginner. It helped me a lot. When you have decided what method you want to use and are ready to start a recipe, let us know. YouTube videos are sometimes helpful, and yes, if you know someone that brews, that would even be more helpful.
You will need to decide what method you want to use first.

Second this, great read for new brewer. Just be aware there is allot of chemistry in the that book. Read what you can and gloss over the stuff you don't understand. In a year, it will make sense :D
